# Billing and plan

> Check your plan, AI usage, and integration entitlements through Ari, and find where to make changes in Settings.

Ari can read your workspace's billing status directly, so you don't need to leave the conversation to check your plan or usage. Ari can't change billing itself — every answer points you to the specific Settings section to make the actual change.

## What Ari can tell you

Ask Ari about:

* **Plan** — your current plan, price, status, renewal date, and any scheduled change.
* **Usage** — your monthly AI usage as a percentage of the plan's allotment, your extra-usage balance, whether auto-reload is on, and your spending limit.
* **Integrations** — how many standard and premium connections your plan allows, and how many you're using. See [Integrations Directory](/integrations/integrations-directory) for what counts as standard vs. premium.
* **Available plans** — the tiers cfo.ai offers and what each includes.

Ari reports AI usage as a percentage and money as dollar amounts, since that's how the workspace's own billing data is expressed.

## Changing your plan or limits

Ask Ari where to go, and it will point you to the right section in Settings. Ari won't quote you a specific price for a plan change, since Settings shows the exact number at confirmation, and pricing can vary by workspace.

## If AI usage runs out

When the workspace has no spendable AI usage remaining, Ari explains the account state and further requests are paused until usage is restored.

A workspace administrator can review the balance, purchase additional usage when available, or adjust auto-reload and monthly spending settings. A teammate without billing access should contact a workspace administrator.

If a monthly spending cap is preventing a purchase, adjust the applicable limit in Usage settings before trying again.
