Ari is your AI finance coworker. Ask a business question in everyday language, and Ari can inspect your workspace, explain what it finds, and build or change the Model when the answer requires it. The result is more than a response in a conversation. Ari can leave behind a financial Model with assumptions, formulas, tables, and Scenarios that you can open, inspect, and change yourself.

What Ari can help with

  • Explain a number, formula, table, change, or unusual result.
  • Build a revenue forecast, hiring plan, financial statement, or cash outlook.
  • Create or update Pages, Table Blocks, charts, Variables, Dimensions, and formulas.
  • Connect business systems and check whether their data has finished syncing.
  • Create and compare Scenarios for alternative plans.
  • Review Scenario history and help undo or revert a change when appropriate.
  • Save repeatable Skills and schedule recurring Triggers.
  • Work with files attached to the current conversation.

Start with the outcome

You do not need to know the right menu, formula syntax, or which Model to request. Start with the decision you need to make.
Can we hire three engineers in September without putting our cash plan at risk?
Build a monthly operating plan for the next year using our accounting data and current employee roster.
Explain why gross margin fell last month, and show the change by product.
Compare a hiring freeze with Main and estimate the effect on cash.
Ari can use the current Page, connected sources, existing Model structure, and relevant saved workspace Skills to understand the request.

See the work behind the answer

Ask Ari to show the information supporting its answer. For a hiring decision, that might include the proposed start dates, salaries, existing payroll, revenue assumptions, and cash forecast. Open the resulting Page or Table Block to inspect the Model. Change an assumption yourself or ask Ari to update it, then compare how the result changes. Use a Scenario when you want to keep Main unchanged.
Show me the hiring Scenario, move one start date to November, and explain the change in ending cash.

Ari reads and writes different things

A question such as “Why did revenue fall?” can be answered by reading existing Model data. A request such as “Create a revenue forecast” asks Ari to make a visible change to your Model. If you want analysis without a change, say so. If you want Ari to build or update something, name the desired outcome and any Scenario that should receive the change.
Explain the Forecast variance without changing the Model.
Create a Downside Scenario and update its sales-growth assumption.

You remain in control

Some steps still require you. You approve sign-ins for external systems, review important or destructive changes, and create share links from the Page’s Share control. Ari works within your workspace access and the available connected data. When a key input is missing or an assumption affects the answer, Ari should explain what it knows and what still needs your decision.
