Scenario picker
The Scenario picker is the Main Scenario control in the sidebar’s Model section, above the list of Pages. It shows the Scenario you are viewing. Selecting another Scenario switches every Page to it and changes the address bar, so you can bookmark the address or share it with a teammate.
You must have permission to create Scenarios to see Take snapshot and Create scenario. Neither is offered on a phone.

Take snapshot dialog
The dialog is titled Take snapshot, with Keep a version for an approved budget or board meeting. It says what it pins: Pins [Scenario] at its latest saved version., or Pins [Scenario] at [time]. when you open it from a version history entry. Then it reads Later changes and integration syncs will stop flowing into this snapshot. You can still edit the snapshot manually.Merge dialog
The dialog is titled Merge “[Scenario]” into [target]?. The target is Main, which every Scenario branches from, or, for a Scenario from an older workspace that branched from another Scenario, that Scenario. It reads Every change in “[Scenario]” moves into [target]:, followed by a summary of the changes across the Model, and the note “[Scenario]” is deleted after the merge.Confirmation cards in the chat
When you ask Ari to merge, delete, or revert a Scenario and to let you confirm first, Ari posts a card with a button you press yourself. See Scenario confirmation card.Version history panel
The version history panel lists every change to the Model, yours and Ari’s. Open it with Version history, the clock icon in the Page header, or from a Scenario’s actions menu.
Each entry names who made the change, when, and what it touched. A merge is listed in the history of the Scenario it merged into, as Merged [Scenario] into [target], and it opens, previews, and undoes like any other entry. A formula entry names the Variable. For a formula with a condition, the entry also names the condition and its reach: includes additional dimensions when it also covers cells that carry more Dimensions, or exact grain when it matches exactly the Dimensions it names.
